New Monk SkillS!!
Sorry guys, as I was typing down the skills for the monk, I got disconnected. I was actually thinking twice about posting these skills up, because I wasn't sure there would be enough to warrant a thread, but there are a few skills that I did find interesting, so I'll share those with you^^:
Key
a - Adrenaline
e - Energy
c - Cast time
r - Recharge
The stats that can increase with higher ranks in that particular attribute will be denoted with "..." That means that the particular mentioned number can be increased with more ranks in that particular attribute.* Otherwise, the number is set in stone.
*At the time I gathered this information, I didn't want to risk the possibilities of losing what I had seen by logging out, or mapping to another area. So my Rt/Me took the values... all values given are at rank 0.
--Divine Favour--
Boon of Signets - 5e 1/4c 20r
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 10... seconds, you gain 3 Energy whenever you use a Signet.
--Healing Prayers--
Boon of Healing - 5e 1/4c 5r -1er
Elite Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, your healing Spells heal for 25% less Health, but cost -1... Energy
Compassion - 5e 1c 8r
Enchantment Spell. For 5... seconds, target ally has +10 Health regeneration. Compassion ends if that ally attacks or uses a Skill.
Glimmer of Light - 5e 1/4c 1r
Elite Spell. Heal target ally for 25... Health.
Gust of Healing - 5e 1c 5r
Elite Spell. All party members under 80% health are healed for 5... Health.
Hasty Hands - 10e 1c 10r
Enchantment Spell. For 1... seconds, your Healing Prayers Spells cast 50% faster. This Enchantment ends if you cast another Enchantment.
Healing Ring - 5e 1c 10r
Spell. Heal adjacent creatures for 30... health.
Mark of Stability
Enchantment Spell. For 5... seconds, whenever target ally takes damage while knocked down, that ally is healed for 5... Health.
--Protection Prayers--
--Smiting Prayers--
Holy Intervention - 5e 1/4c 30r
Enchantment Spell. For 10 seconds, the next time target ally recieves damage that would be fatal, the damage is negated and one nearby foe takes 30... damage.
Instability - 5e 1c 10r
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 5... seconds, the next time target foe's Skill would knocked down target ally, that foe is knocked down instead.
--No Attribute--

Hm, was planning on just making a PvE mesmer to try out the nightfall preview... but alas, some of the skills descriptions... are going to make me delete my little level 8 ele I started a couple days ago so I can have a monk to play around with too. xD Great job with all the skills you found (Have looked at the mesmer and ranger ones as well) and thanks. =)

Thanks for posting this Terra. Most appreciated.
Hasty Hands looks interesting atm. Maybe they are trying to increase the amount of healing prayers used in PvP other than GoH?
Only problem I can see with it is that you can't cover it?
Glimmer of Light - An instant heal with quick recharge and only 5 energy....YIPPEE for the healer monk!

Ah come on...this can't be for real....is it....surely not?
What happens after the 27th spell is cast. Does it deactivate itself or am I just being a n00b for kinda hoping this spell is for real? :P

yeah I saw that skill as well, that's how effective it would be at rank 16.

Used it and didn't think it was that great. My 63 orison was healing for 80 for some reason. That's not 50% more. 50% more would be 90+.
The next 27 skills is just there it does nothing. You will be turning this thing off to regen sometimes much like you do with boon. When the pressure comes one you can maintain it for short burst. The counter resets every time its used so that really doesn't matter.
You are running on 3 pips with no elite energy managment. Yes the spell cast fast and more but the energy usage is too much.

Umm... there are more options than an Elite energy managment.
Not EVERYONE simply runs their Elite for Energy.
I think Ill have to try it myself.

Yes but monks complete strategy is energy mangement. Right now b light (because its effeceint) and recall are the best in GvG.
Revitalize is very much an elite boon for the healing line. I like the concept. It works fine in most situations. Do I think it will replace boon prot? No I do not.
Healing just heals dmg. Prot negates. Its better to negate dmg than heal it.

@twickty kid: agrees on port mitigates dmg... but port can be vastly conditional....
several gvg/pve even, boon port really has no effective way against skills like well of profane and silencing shroud (? sin skill which makes it not possible to cast ench on enemy)
i have to inspire hex then boon port'ing...
pure heal on the other hand are alot less conditional...
but yeh that being said, i still think port is more superior than heal.... but when nf comes out... who knows... *sigh~~~

Elite Skill Analysis of me :\
Boon of Signets:
Elite energy management that requires you use Sig of Devo alot? >_> I dont get it.
Revitalize:
Good, not a GREAT choice. Maintained elite. Everyone is ZOMG I WANT IT I WANT IT, and I dont get it >_> Its Divine Boon but for healing prayers, and elite.
Healer's Covenant:
Naw...The energy reduce makes up for the Maintained...but not the 25% healing reduce...
Light of Deliverance:
Bugged, under 50% health. Making it...no. At its real level, it is good if your in an area with alot of degen and such, but that wont be the case for most of PvP.
Glimmer of Light:
I still think its HAX...This is debated in other threads..for its PvP uses (I think it >WoH), but every agrees that I know that this DEFINATELY >WoH in pve.
Divert Hexes:
Monk answer to Expel Hexes...But it costs 10 energy, so its uses are limited to against hex heavy builds - not worth the elite in PvP. In pve if theres an area CHOP FULL of hexes, sure...
Zealous Benediction:
Its like Heal other, but in Prot, and its free if they are low on health Since its in Prot..it opens up the prot line to your bar, and its a big heal when you need it :\ It'd sure test it to see. May not be a GvG monk standard - But I'd test it somewhere.
Balthazar's Pendulum:
In competitive play I dont think its worth it to stop a shock.. Wow..Just not that great in the end.
Defenders Zeal:
In PvP, it'll just be removed, and smite monk that doesnt use Air?. In PvE, it will be used in probably some weird farming build...thats about it.
Sig of Removal:
It can be ran on a non-monk in an Enchant heavy build. Why not? People already carry expel mesmers.
